The Magic of The Imaginal: Creative Day Retreat
Imagine 5 hours dedicated to exploring your inner world, embracing the rare opportunity to merge guided practices with creative expression.

During our retreat, you'll be guided through a series of imagination practices, including the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra, which will connect you with the mystical world of the Imaginal, also known as the Mundus Imaginalis.
Each guided practice uses gentle breathwork and is followed by personal reflection time, allowing you to capture your insights and creative impulses through drawing or writing.
You'll understand the language of symbols making your dreams a treasure trove of solutions and guidance.
Plus, you'll receive a canvas to immortalise your most profound gift from your journey into the imaginal realm.

What to Bring: Please bring a note/sketchbook. Mats, blanket and bolster are provided but you are welcome to bring a favourite Eye Mask, extra cushion or cosy blanket too.
