What do you mean by ‘Connecting with Something Greater’?
This isn't about subscribing to any specific religion or new age belief system. Instead, it's about feeling a deep connection to nature, the cosmos, and the creative higher intelligence that permeates the universe. Learn how to work with this intelligence and follow a truer path of being human versus whatever this is that we’re feeling so stuck and disenchanted with in 2025.
Strengthening intuition?

What do you mean by Gnosis?

In The Luminous Arts, magic is defined as sacred rather than scary. Structure :
The Luminous Arts has a flexible, hybrid structure of pre-recorded video and live:
Each Monday* morning you’ll receive a weekly teaching video, to watch at a time that suits.
Each Friday* morning 10:30 - 12pm we meet for a live Q&A / sharing experiences. (Recorded if you can’t make it live.)
* You get an integration week in the middle for catch-up or self-study.
Each video is approximately 1 hour and a blend of powerful teachings, magical techniques, practical application workshops and guided imagination practices. You’ll receive password access to view on Vimeo.
You are encouraged to keep a (physical) magical record (notebook) throughout the 12 weeks to record practices, dreams, synchronicities etc.
We will have a private Facebook group for experiences, pondering, musings and sharing.
You will receive resources (books, videos, lectures, articles) if you fancy broadening/deepening your study.
About me
Hi I'm Clare
I'm all about magic, the imaginal and exploring the limitless potential of the human mind! My wish is to inspire others to follow their inner knowing, feel awe, use their divine intelligence for positive change, and together, reimagine a better world.
As a child I was fascinated by astrology and divination and several extraordinary and unexplainable (magical) experiences, which sparked my curiosity and set me on a lifelong quest for meaning. And here we are.
The crossover between nature, imagination and states of consciousness is a continual source of inspiration to me. With my background in Fine Art and design, I love to blend the visual and symbolic with spiritual exploration.
Since founding Creative Sleep in 2018 I’ve been teaching Yoga Nidra, Dream workshops and breathwork for relaxation and self-discovery. I developed successful sleep programs for both adults and children, using breath, relaxation and the magic of imagination to find peace and rest.
I like to send philosophy, mysticism and anything mind-expanding through a lens of playfulness and jargon-free joy, to embrace the lighter side of life, infusing my teaching with humour, wonder, pop culture and maybe some glitter. Thus proving you can be deep and have fun at the same time.
